We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we gladly accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit. To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your store credit within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders canceled before shipment will not incur any charges; however, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
